2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use services on cbt88. We may request proof of age verification at any time, and we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account if the required proof is not submitted.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts, and any accumulated bonuses may be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

It is mandatory to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. cbt88 reserves the right to cancel an account and suspend withdrawals if false information is provided. Users must notify the support team immediately if any personal information changes.

2.4 Account Security

It is each user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your own account is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cbt88 currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. (Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.) Transactions outside of accepted methods will not be processed.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (same for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Transaction Integrity

All transactions must be conducted from the user's own registered mobile banking account. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account are not permitted. Any such transactions identified will be cancelled.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive ৳10,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳22,000.
• Wagering example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering calculations apply only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within the specified validity period. Unused bonuses will be automatically removed after expiry.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• cbt88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

cbt88's VIP program has 5 tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

5 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or errors in the platform's systems or software.
• Assisting a minor in accessing the platform.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
